If your ring size requires calibration upon arrival, ship it back to our Bandung workshop. We offer one complimentary resize (+/- 1.5 US sizes) including repatination and return courier coverage.
We honor exclusive production rights. Official band sigils cast under bespoke contract will never be remade, recast, or sold to third parties without direct written authorization from the artist or label.
Every bespoke artifact is dispatched via tracked DHL Express with full declared insurance. Your relic is delivered directly to your doorstep inside an engraved wooden burial box with certificate of authenticity.
