General Preamble & Covenant Acceptance

By accessing, navigating, commissioning, or acquiring relics from Deathbones Atelier through deathxbones.com or affiliated private crucible portals, you (herein designated as the “Collector”, “Patron”, or “Client”) unreservedly agree to be bound by these official operating covenants, terms, and conditions.
Deathbones is an independent silversmithing studio and registered atelier situated in Bandung, West Java, Republic of Indonesia. If you do not consent to every provision laid down in this sanctum codex, you are enjoined to cease exploration of our archives and forfeit order initialization immediately. Continued navigation constitutes affirmative, cryptographically verifiable assent.

Artisan Craftsmanship & Inherent Variations

Deathbones explicitly disclaims mass-production, CNC-automated assembly lines, and sterile industrial casting. Every single relic—whether sculpted in solid white brass, golden jewelers’ bronze, or hallmarked 925 sterling silver—is individually shaped in jewelers’ carving wax, invested, burned out, and cast via molten crucible centrifugal techniques.
Recognized Artisan Hallmarks
Natural micro-cavities, variations in dark liver-of-sulfur patina oxidation depth, manual file striations, and subtle organic asymmetries are recognized artistic features of genuine lost-wax silversmithing. These nuances confirm manual handcraft and do not constitute metallurgy flaws, defects, or grounds for claims of non-conformity.
Due to individual monitor calibration, ambient foundry photography lighting, and patination aging, delivered relics may present subtle chromatic tonal variations from catalog lookbook displays.

Bespoke Metallurgy

Bespoke Commissions & Batallation Covenants

Custom bespoke artifacts—including personalized signet rings, heavy heraldic belt buckles, ceremonial pendants, and custom gemstone mounts—require non-recoverable master carving and molten metal allocation.
Irrevocable Carving Stage: Upon clearance of payment and digital artist approval of custom 3D/wax blueprints, orders enter immediate manual fabrication and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Sizing Precision: The Patron bears exclusive responsibility for verifying exact US/UK ring sizing via standard jeweler sizing mandrels prior to order lock. Post-casting resizings of heavy solid-shank rings may incur additional metallurgical rework fees.
Fabrication Horizons: Standard foundry queues average 14–28 business days. Complex stone settings or intricate miniature reliefs may require up to 45 business days prior to dispatch.

Licensure • Intellectual Sigils

Intellectual Property & Band Collaboration Licensure

Every sculpture, logo emblem, typography family, wax relief, photograph, and graphic presentation under Deathbones Atelier remains the exclusive intellectual property of Deathbones and its registered founder in Bandung, Indonesia.
Official Band Alliances & Licensed Sigils
All official band collaboration rings and pendants—including, but not limited to, partnerships with Kreator, Possessed, Death, Imperial Triumphant, Machine Head, Mark Riddick (RiddickArt), Batushka, Watain, and NAILS—are fabricated under authorized international licensing accords.
Any recasting, silicone mold creation, 3D laser-scanning, commercial redistribution, or counterfeit replication of these emblems will trigger immediate legal injunction and damages prosecution under international intellectual property treaties.

Financial Clearance

Pricing, Currency Pegs & Payment Clearance

Transactions are invoiced in United States Dollars (USD) for international clientele and Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for domestic patrons within Indonesia.
Due to dynamic global spot rates for 925 sterling silver grain, brass alloys, and genuine gemstones, Deathbones reserves the right to periodically adjust pricing schedules without prior individual notice. Once an invoice or cart checkout has completed with confirmed authorization, the price for that specific relic is permanently locked.

Logistics • Title • Customs

Transit, Customs Duties & Title Transfer

All packages depart directly from our Bandung atelier via certified carriers: Pos Indonesia (standard tracked international parcel), EMS Express, or DHL Express Worldwide.
Transfer of Risk: In accordance with international commercial trade terms (FOB Bandung Origin), title of ownership and physical risk of loss pass to the buyer upon formal carrier handoff and registry of the initial consignment scan.
Import Duties & Value-Added Taxes
While packages are declared with compliant artisan specimen classifications to facilitate smooth customs entry, any destination customs levies, VAT, consumption taxes, or broker handling fees imposed by the recipient country remain solely the legal obligation of the importing patron. Deathbones does not refund shipments rejected or abandoned due to local unpaid customs tariffs.

Care • Talisman Scope

Limitation Of Liability & Physical Talisman Usage

Deathbones relics are heavy statement sculptural adornments. Our jewelry features aggressive gothic silhouettes, sharp skull cranium angles, barbed protrusions, and substantial metallurgical mass.
Deathbones and its artisans shall not be held liable for personal injury, accidental blunt damage, garment tearing, or property harm caused by improper wear or handling. Wearers must exercise discretion when engaging in strenuous physical labor, swimming in chlorinated baths, or applying corrosive household chemicals.
CHEMICAL CAUTION:
Immersing blackened silver or patinated white brass in commercial ultrasonic jewelry cleaners or liquid acid dips will permanently strip hand-applied oxidized patinas. Chemical stripping by the collector instantly voids all guild warranties.

Judicial Forum • Arbitration

Governing Law & Guild Jurisdiction

These terms, conditions, and all transaction covenants shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these covenants, including the validity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith guild mediation. In the event settlement cannot be reached, exclusive venue and jurisdiction shall reside within the District Commercial Court of Bandung (Pengadilan Negeri Bandung), West Java, Indonesia.

Every piece created in collaboration with extreme metal titans—such as Kreator, Possessed, Death, Machine Head, Watain, Batushka, Imperial Triumphant, NAILS, and Mark Riddick—is fully certified under authorized licensing agreements. Royalties are paid directly to the bands and artists, honoring their creative legacies with zero bootlegging.
Once raw silver is weighed, custom 3D blueprints are verified, or manual wax carving is initiated in our foundry, bespoke orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable. The dedicated silversmith labor and metal alloy committed cannot be recaptured.
Customs duties, import VAT, and brokerage fees are imposed directly by your nation’s sovereign revenue agency. While we declare items accurately as handcrafted Indonesian artisan jewelry with modest values to streamline entry, any assessed import tax remains the exclusive legal duty of the receiving patron.
If an incorrect size was ordered, contact our concierge within 7 days of delivery. For white brass and select 925 silver bands, we offer metallurgical resizing at a nominal guild bench fee plus return postage. Solid continuous sculpted bands with deep 360-degree reliefs may require a complete recast at a special loyalty exchange discount.
