A comprehensive dispatch dossier with your universal tracking code is emailed 4 days following physical handoff to the postal courier. You can trace progress via 17Track, Pos Indonesia, or your local carrier service.
§ What customs declarations are used?
We mark all parcels as gifts accompanied by an estimated modest value to facilitate smooth international transit. However, local tax or import revaluations imposed by destination customs are handled by recipient jurisdiction.
§ Can I upgrade to EMS after order dispatch?
If you wish to upgrade to Express Mail Service (EMS +$60 USD), please email us immediately at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order, before handoff to the postal export terminal.
